Learning to Crochet: My progress so far
So this learning to crochet business has seen me frustrated many a times over the last few days, but the good news is that now I can chain like the best of them… Okay well maybe not the best of them, but I am confident in my ability to chain put it that way.
And thanks to YouTube I can do understand all the parts to the pattern I will be attempting. But I have decided that before I try out the Beanie, I will be trying my hand at a few of these.

I mean I could always do with some more dishcloths and it will help me work on getting my tension right.
Do you think that is a good plan? What tips do you have for me as a beginner crocheter?
How long did it take for you to have a that light bulb moment and really understand how crochet works?

I haven’t crocheted in a year or so but now you’ve inspired me. Those facewashers/cloths look so cheerful! I’m thinking larger versions would make great dinner placemats!
