{Tutorial} Wall Art for a Child’s Room
Are you in need of some wall hangings for your children’s bedrooms but don’t want to spend a fortune? Here is a really quick, easy AND thrifty idea to brigthen up your kids bedrooms.
What you need:
- Art Canvas
- Puzzle
- PVA Glue
- Paint
- Paintbrush
Layout out your puzzle and make sure it is evenly spaced on the canvas…
Then get gluing!
Once is is all glued down, depending on the size of canvas you started with it is time to get painting.
My puzzles weren’t really a standard art canvas size so we ended up getting some pretty big canvases and decided to paint something underneath the puzzle on the canvas.
I got my husband to draw the letters because I just can’t draw freehand! I am getting better though! (I really need a Silhouette! )
As you can see we just went with ‘Dr. Seuss’ on the bottom of the canvas, but the choices are endless!

And you are done! Simply mount on your Child’s bedroom wall and marvel in your handy work!
You can check out another Dr Seuss Wall Art that I made the same way a little while ago here.

I love The Cat in The Hat! It’s not that famous here in Sweden which is a shame.
