PLBA-2organisation

Hello all! Welcome to another Project Life Baby Album instalment, and our first video! In this video I’ll be showing you how I set up my photos to be printed from my computer, and also how I organise them once they have been printed, but before they make it into the album.

Video Recap:

  • Organise the photos you want to get printed into folders organised by weeks of the year.
  • I use this website to see the dates for each week. Keep in mind that with this website it uses Sunday as the start of the week, and some people like to use Monday so that their weekend is kept together. I didn’t realise this till I had organised like half a year of photos!
  • Once your photos are printed put them into plastic bags (or whatever filing system you want to use) so that it is easy to pick up the photos for that week and put them into a layout.
  • I keep the photos in the week based folders on my computer until they are completely scrapped, this way it is easy for me to find the photos when I want to check something like the date they were taken.

Great tips, Talia! Thanks for sharing.

I have started organising my photos and will be printing them out over the next month or so. I am sooo behind in printing and organising the kids photos.
