I’ve come to realise in the last couple of days that the reason I suck so badly at crafting is because I rush - I get an idea in my head, and like a bull in a china shop I just jump right in and expect it to be right first-go. It’s kind-of funny, really, because I don’t bake the same way (although I’m sometimes caught short). With this month being all about pinterest, and it only being fifty days to Christmas, I set out this morning to get all my project ingredients in one place.
These are just the items I need for my projects I’ll be sharing here, but it’s been such a successful idea (only one extra trip to bunnings required) that I’m going to spend the afternoon working on project ideas for my blog, and create one shopping list.

This is a really good idea. I might do that same! I often go gun-ho into a project without planning it out much as well. I think I usually do that because of my severe lack of time, and impatience! Might be time to turn over a new leaf!
