A couple of weeks ago I made a a button neckalce. I found the tutorial over at Nikki McGonigal’s blog, Nikki in Stitches with a fabulous step-by-step video.

Of course, I had to change the way I threaded them a little but I was so happy with the result that this week I’ve made a second one in Red - perfect for Red Week here at ASWC!

My buttons came in a colour coordinated pack from Spotlight. I used stranded embroidery thread from my stash. The little silver fastenings were also from Spotlight, and the ribbon was re-purposed from a T-shirt I bought recently.
